Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once your purchase has been completed and your files have been made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

If you experience any issues with your download, receive a corrupted file, or believe you've purchased the same pattern twice by mistake, please contact us at hello@arrowleafquiltco.com.  We'll happily resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

If you discover an error within a pattern, please visit our Resources page for the latest updates, or contact us if you believe you've found a new issue.

Digitial downloads are intended for the purchaser's personal use and may not be shared, redistributed, copied or resold.

All patterns are protected by copyright.  Purchasing a pattern grants you a license for personal use only.  You may sell quilts made from the pattern on a small scale with credit to Arrowleaf Quilt co., but the pattern itself may not be copied, distributed or resold in any format.
